Dressage Academy
The Dressage Academy is proving very popular and has now been opened to senior riders due to demand. As a result, we will look at running more of these sessions and splitting the riders into smaller groups so each rider gets longer being recorded on video. We will announce the dates for March via Facebook and the website event page.
Spurs Showjumping
Sunday 27th March
Spurs showjumping are running their final event of the winter on the 27th March. This incorporates the puissance class sponsored by Barguse.
If you have never been to watch, it’s well worth taking the trip and popping in to see the riders taking on the Big Red Wall. Spurs do an excellent job and all the money raised goes to charity so, your support would be greatly appreciated.
Dressage Evening
Friday 25th March
Our next unaffiliated dressage evening will be on Friday 25th March. We will be running an Intro and Prelim test.
This summer we will again be running our popular summer dressage series with a championship for junior and senior riders.

Michael Beining Clinic
2nd – 4th March
Michael’s clinic has become extremely popular over the last few years with an established clientele. However, many riders who would like more than one lesson have found that finding a lump sum of money is difficult with the present economic climate. Therefore, we are offering a payment plan to help riders spread the cost.

Richard Waygood
Unfortunately, the lecture demo with Richard Waygood had to be postponed due to a clash with an event at Duchy College. The new date will be announced soon but looks likely to be towards the end of May. Tickets already purchased will be transferred to the new date or a refund will be given.
The new lecture demo will be advanced ticket sales only.
There will be no jumping clinic with Richard in March but the next one will be on 3rd April. Richard’s clinics are always popular and oversubscribed so if you wish to have a session, please book in as early as possible as places are already limited. Sessions are only confirmed once payment is received.
If there is sufficient demand, Richard may run a two day clinic. So, if you would be interested in attending both days please let us know.
Tack Shop
We’re currently in the process of expanding our tack shop and will have new stock arriving over the next few months. Many parents have asked about purchasing hats and body protectors which we will be stocking. Special discounts will be available to Barguse riders as well as many packages to get you or your kids tacked up
Loyalty Cards
Our loyalty cards are due to arrive any day and will be available to everyone. Once completed, you will be entitled to a £10 discount off a lesson. These loyalty cards may not be used with any other offer.
