Our Saturday club is aimed at younger riders who range from 5 years upwards
It runs from 10.00am to 2:00pm and riders get the chance to have a lesson, learn new stable management skills and just enjoy being around the ponies in the fresh air!
Here are the new pictures of this years Pony Club Camp 2010.
" At last the dressage mirrors are finally installed!"
Congratulations to the following riders who all passed the following tests and achievement badges!
Barguse is thrilled to host jumping clinics with Richard Waygood MBE. Richard will be holding regular jumping clinics at Barguse starting on Sun 10th October 2010
Barguse Riding Centre showcasing how successful our riders are and it may not be limited to just the juniors in the future.
Barguse Winter Series finished in March and these are the results.
The cost per session is £60 for a 50 min lesson though it can be longer if Michael is trying to get you to grasp something!! The clinics are held in our large indoor school so no need to worry about inclement weather or your youngster trying to escape! We welcome riders from further afield and are happy to stable any horses that are staying for a few days. (Please note that we do require notice if this facility is required as it gets quite booked up and we have limited stables) We can also accommodate any lorries/riders wishing to stay overnight as we have large hardstanding areas for parking and the ability to hook up lorries to an electric supply.
There are toilet/wash facilities available to use.
We also run a video/social evening which is free to clinic riders and is open to non riders who wish to learn or discuss with Michael any aspect of training or the German system. (There is a small charge for non riders to cover wine and nibbles! ) On some clinics we run a body awareness session/feldenkrais clinic at the same time and will advise when this will be.
If you wish to book a session/s then please fill in the booking form and send to Lisa Todd. Places are strictly limited and priority will be given to regular clinic riders.*
Please be aware that once you have placed your booking we cannot return your money unless we have riders who wish to fill the spot/waitlisted or alternatively, you find a rider to take your place. The reason for this is that Michael is currently living and training riders in the States and we need to guarantee Michael a certain amount of lessons in order for him to give up his valuable time in the USA. Also, the organisers have to cover the costs involved in running the clinic which includes flights and transfers. If you require clarification regarding the clinic conditions then please feel free to contact me.
The sessions can be paid for by cheque (made out to L Todd) or by credit card if preferred.
Please contact us to give card details over the phone. We will contact you to confirm your booking once we have received payment.
